Bianchi/Hatley LLC is Rachel Bianchi and Tim Hatley

Rachel Bianchi

Rachel brings a strong set of research skills combined with an extensive background in government, public affairs and political strategy. A former campaign manager on local and statewide campaigns, Rachel also previously served as a policy advisor to a local elected official. Rachel has experience with a diverse set of issues, constituencies and problem-solving tools.

Tim Hatley

Tim Hatley has nearly 20 years experience working for and with local governments. Tim has worked in both the legislative and executive branches of King County government. As an aide to King County Executive Ron Sims, Tim successfully worked on a broad array of issues including land use, transportation, and government relations as well as helping to develop strategies dealing with emerging political issues.

Since 2001, Tim has been a principal with Bianchi/Hatley and has represented over 30 local and national clients working on issues in Seattle and King County.
